everyworks

The first app-based workspace and coworking service on German train stations.

A desk on the platform. Booked in seconds, paid by the minute.

Commuters and business travellers spend hours in stations. everyworks turned that waiting time into working time: quiet desks, phone booths and meeting rooms right above the tracks.

For five years I developed the product end to end, from a pop-up in the Berlin Hauptbahnhof concourse to a network of station workspaces across Germany.

  • Art direction and interior concept, in cooperation with Bauer+Pohl Projekte International

What stayed

everyworks was discontinued, but it remains one of my most valuable projects. It taught me what it means to develop a product inside a major organisation, how a service lives across app, space and operations, and what people really need when they work on the move.

Curious how it all came together? Let's talk.
